On both phones, begin with BEGIN THE VOW and complete the promise. One person chooses START A NEW BOND and shares the six-character code. The other chooses ENTER THEIR CODE, enters their name and the code, then taps CONNECT. Use the current code before its countdown ends. Finish with HOLD TO BOND; VoiceOver users can activate this button directly.
If a code fails, check both phones' connection and try the latest code shown on the first phone.
The lifelong plan offers monthly and yearly subscriptions. One partner's subscription covers both people in the same pair.
To restore an existing purchase, use the Apple Account that purchased it and tap Restore Purchases on the plan screen. If restoration fails, check your connection and try again.
Open the side menu → Settings → lifelong plan → Manage Subscription to manage or cancel. You can also use iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions. The plan screen's Settings button keeps support, export, deletion and subscription management accessible without active access. Deleting the app or unpairing does not cancel an Apple subscription.
Tơ needs a compatible device, Apple Intelligence enabled, its model downloaded, and a supported model language. Both partners must consent to shared-chat access in Settings → Tơ & AI. Follow any availability message shown in the app. A subscription does not enable Apple Intelligence.
Open Settings → Help & support → Report a problem or abuse, or email us directly. Include your app version, iOS version, what happened and the steps that caused it. Please omit private conversations.
Use Settings → Export our data to save a copy before leaving. Settings → Unpair & erase data requires confirmation and a connection. Once completed, it deletes shared server data and this device's local pair data, and ends the pairing. Copies already downloaded to the other person's phone may remain. This cannot be undone; cancel any subscription separately.

Người nhận chọn NHẬP MÃ NGƯỜI ẤY ĐƯA, nhập tên và mã, rồi bấm KẾT NỐI. Dùng mã trước khi hết thời gian đếm ngược. Chọn GIỮ ĐỂ GẮN KẾT để hoàn tất; người dùng VoiceOver có thể kích hoạt nút trực tiếp.
