From the outer screen, pull down and hold for three seconds to reveal the dots. Draw your pattern. If you configured a second library, tap its chosen numbers silently and then draw a short line between two neighbouring dots. Each credential opens its own local library. Leaving the app and returning locks the library and takes you back to the outer screen. Failed entry does not delete files.
Use Add in the library to copy photos, videos or files, capture a photo or scan a document. Originals remain in Photos or Files until you remove them yourself. Large files are imported in encrypted chunks. Available device storage and the source provider can still limit an import; a failed import leaves the original unchanged. Tap Elsewhere → Browse & albums to rename items and organize them. Export an individual item from its menu, or use Export in Browse for multiple files. Exported files are ordinary readable copies; verify them before deleting an original. Recently Deleted can be restored until you permanently delete the item.
Create a recovery code inside each library and store it separately. It only works with the same installation and device key. It is not a backup and cannot restore files after uninstalling, resetting or losing the phone. Support cannot retrieve an unknown entry or lost key. Export important originals before removing the app or changing devices.
Elsewhere 1.0 has no ads, in-app purchases or subscription. Library features are free.
This version has no cloud sync or online sharing. Vault files stay on the device unless you export them. For security reports, email a minimal description without files or keys. There is no emergency support service.
